This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of CH-OCR (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Purpose
The App is intended to help users read and understand official documents, including government-issued letters, by extracting text via OCR.
2. Conditions of Use
Users may only process documents or images for which they have legitimate rights. Any use that infringes on the rights of third parties is prohibited.
3. OCR Processing and Data Handling
The App performs OCR processing only on documents or images selected by the user to extract text. Extracted data is not transmitted externally without explicit user action.
4. Saving and Email Features
Only when explicitly selected by the user, extracted text may be saved to the device or sent via email. All such actions are performed at the user's own responsibility.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may charge fees for saving extracted text or sending it via email. Details of pricing and charges are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
6. Disclaimer
The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of OCR results for any specific purpose. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes and Termination
The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
8. Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement may be updated as necessary. Any changes will be announced within the App or on the official listing page.
